Missing blow dryer but Sergio supplied a replacement and was very nice about it. He also gave a great dinner recommendation.

We were on the third floor, so access by elevator is very welcome.
Carpets need cleaned. I wear white socks in a motel room (never go barefoot) and after two nights, they were black.

One employee in housekeeping saw her twice being in her own little world pushing past guest of the hotel around the elevator

The staff here are the best. We arrived a day late and left a day early because of weather conditions. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Par for the course at this hotel. We always stay here while visiting the area.

I had a reservation for a king bed and ended up with a queen in a suite. Holiday Inn blamed your booking practices and probably you will blame the Holiday Inn. They did refund me $15.
